Using SaudaPakka
Access
SaudaPakka access may require approval, an active account, and a subscription state that matches the selected plan. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access for misuse.
Business responsibility
You are responsible for product details, pricing, taxes, buyer communication, order fulfillment, invoice accuracy, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Acceptable use
Do not use SaudaPakka for illegal products, deceptive listings, spam, abusive activity, attempts to bypass security, or unauthorized access to another tenant data set.
Buyer storefronts
Storefront links, product media, buyer checkout, and order tracking should be used only for legitimate business operations and accurate buyer communication.
Plans, payments, and availability
Plan features and limits may vary by Starter, Growth, and Pro. Paid subscription access depends on successful billing and provider confirmation. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results from using the product.
Data, content, and support
Your content
You retain responsibility for catalog content, media, buyer data, and order records you enter or upload. You grant SaudaPakka permission to process it to provide the service.
Support
Support level depends on plan. We may ask for business, account, browser, order, or billing details to investigate requests.
