Name, email, phone number, role, business name, city, login details, and onboarding information submitted through request access, support, or admin flows.
Catalog, order, and buyer details
Product information, images or videos, buyer names, phone numbers, addresses, cart details, order history, invoice information, and fulfillment status.
Usage and security data
Session, device, browser, IP, audit, error, and activity records needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
Payment records
Plan, billing cycle, payment status, provider references, subscription status, and refund-related notes. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
How we use information
We use information to provide storefronts, catalog management, order capture, invoice links, analytics, support, billing, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and service improvements. We do not sell customer or buyer data.
