Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026. This starter policy explains how SaudaPakka handles paid plan cancellations, refund review, failed payments, and billing support.
Cancellations
Canceling a paid plan
You may request cancellation through support or available account/billing controls. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation
Paid features may be disabled or restricted when the subscription becomes inactive. Data retention and deletion follow operational, legal, billing, and support needs.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, accidental payments, failed activation, billing errors, or other valid support reasons. We may decline refunds where the service was used as expected for the active billing period or where abuse is suspected.
Billing issues
Failed or pending payments
Access may remain limited until the payment provider confirms successful payment. We may ask for provider references or screenshots to investigate.
What to include
Send business name, account email or phone, plan, billing cycle, payment date, amount, provider reference, and a short explanation of the issue.
